The address of the EWC IAM has changed in January 2026. You might be seeing this page because you used the old address to access the system. Please refer to the new addresses listed below.

It appears that you've landed on the wrong page. The EWC IAM system offers two user interfaces - an Admin console for the Tenant Administrators to manage users and permissions within their tenancy and a User Self-service interface for the non-admin users to manage their own identity and credentials. Below are instructions to access the appropriate interfaces.

Admin console for the Tenant Admins

Tenant admins have the ability to manage user identities, roles, and access permissions through the Keycloak Admin Console. To access the admin console, follow these steps:

Go to the following URL: https://iam.europeanweather.cloud/admin/{tenancy-name}/console/

Replace {tenancy-name} with the name of your tenancy.

From this dashboard, as admin, you can manage the tenancy (realm). This includes:

User Management: Create, update, or delete users; assign roles and groups to users; and manage user credentials.
Client Applications: Configure and manage client applications that users interact with.
Identity Providers: Integrate and manage external identity providers.

User Self-service for all tenant users

All tenant users can access a self-service portal to manage their own account information, such as updating their password or viewing their roles. To access the user self-service portal, follow these steps:

Go to the following URL: https://iam.europeanweather.cloud/realms/{tenancy-name}/account

Replace {tenancy-name} with the name of your tenancy.

Here, users can manage their personal information.
